Shipping:
Please make sure to verify your moccasin: size, color, quantity, shipping/billing address, and personal information to ensure proper order placement. Orders cannot be changed once they are placed.
Please allow 10-14 business days to ship your order. We are NOT responsible for lost, undelivered, or stolen packages. if you are concerned about your package arriving please file a claim with the USPS.
We know that your anxious to receive your moccasins, for that reason we start production as soon as possible. For future and faster checkout, please consider creating an account with us.
Refunds:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All moccasins and footwear is a custom order. At this time we do not accept returns, unless it is a production error.
Exchanges:
We will be happy to issue an exchange on *all MyLO by Toni Franco products that are unworn and in their original packaging within 7 days of customer's receipt date. Please be advised that there will be a 50% restocking fee on all exchanges and customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Once your exchanged order is received in our facility, we will inspect it and process the exchange for your new order less restocking fee and shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the same method of original payment.
