We only know in part

The Lord has been telling me to do 2 things, that I've been hesitant to obey him on, because I don't know the full blue print of it. I don't know what comes next and because I also feel inadequate for the job. So today He spoke to me again.

For we know in part and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.
1 Corinthians 13: 9-10

Here I am trying to understand His will, and the reasoning behind it with only the fist step given to me. I need to trust Him and take that first step in obedience knowing that I don't need to know the whole story right now. But to have faith and know that He is with me and He will provide the next steps at the right time, His time. So that which is in part (lack of faith and trust) will be done away.

Don't be afraid, and take that first step of faith in obedience, He will then reveal the next steps.
