Be still and know that I am God...

Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nation, I will be exalted in the Earth! (Psalms 46:10)
Ok, so how do I stay still?
I know that You are GOD (The Mighty One) But how do I "Be Still"? Truly trusting that You have All control.
How do I truly do nothing about; worrying of my to do lists that seem to have a mind of their own and keep on piling up day by day?
How do I just carry on, my daily life as if ALL my prayers have already been answered?
How do I stop worrying, anxiety, fear, despair?
How do I carry on without The Big What-Ifs?
How do I Carry on in prayer and waiting patiently, resting on HIM alone-BEING STILL in His own perfect timing and will?
Leaving my own strength behind. Knowing that His Will is best in this season for me and Thanking Him for it ( 1 Thessalonians 5:18).
Asking God for help and the Holy Spirit for guidance, He knows the answers to every problem.
"apart from Me you can do nothing" (John 15:5)
